Once we receive your wig, it is tagged and logged into our system. A confirmation video will be sent to you.
Wig Assessment
We examine your wig to confirm that all the services you booked can be professionally carried out.

Final Quality Check
After the revamp, your wig undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is prepared for return.

Wig revamp FAQs
How does our wig revamp process work?
Book your revamp online. Once your wig is ready to send, we will provide the drop-off address. Send your securely packaged wig to that address, including your booking reference. Our team will assess its condition and carry out the booked repairs, styling or customisation before preparing it for return. Standard services take 8 working days from receipt; colouring and lace ventilation/repairs take 12 working days.
Where are we located?
We are based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and offer a UK-wide postal service for your convenience. The drop-off address will be provided after booking.
How should I prepare my wig for a revamp?
Pack your wig securely to keep it safe in transit. Include a note with your booking reference.
How much does a wig revamp cost?
The price depends on your wig’s condition and the services required. See our price list for the available services and starting prices.
Do you offer drop-off and collection?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your wig(s) in person and collect them once the revamp is complete. Please arrange your visit with us when booking.
What if I’m not happy with my wig?
